After you have completed this:

• You can then give us a call at: 1-877-858-6833 or locally at 613-258-6833 and we will confirm your selections and payment.
• You may wish to mail the completed order form to us with a cheque or credit card details. Our address may be found on the homepage, at the bottom right.
• You may wish to fax the order to us at 613-258-7122.
• You may wish to use our Order line to leave your order through voice mail at: 1-877-858-6833. We will get back to you when we have started processing your order - to confirm shipping details and payment options.
