Incorrect Product Received

Please call 1-877-858-6833 or 613-258-6833 for local calls. We will replace the wrong one with the right one. No shipping charges for the second shipment. When you return the wrong item, we will pay the postage or credit your account (your choice).

Damaged or Defective Goods

If a product is defective or damaged we will replace it. Credits are not given. You should notify us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Please call 877-858-6833 or 613-258-6833 for local calls.

Not Damaged or Defective Goods

Notification of a Return for undamaged goods must be done within 4 weeks of the invoice date. Please call for authorization as shipments will not be accepted without prior approval. Shipping and handling charges are not returned.

For a full refund (cash or on account), notice of your Return must be done within the 2 weeks after the original purchase. Otherwise, Returns within 4 weeks are counted against your account, only. The items to be returned must be received by us as soon as possible, after approval. You are responsible for properly packaging your Return. It must be returned in a condition for resale. For your own protection, your parcel(s) should be insured.

Some items are subject to a restocking fee, if returned. This depends on the product and you will be advised of this at the time you are receiving authorization.

Exceptions: Items that cannot be returned are DVDs, CDs, cassettes, lab kits and equipment, computer software, items bought on sale, special order items, and religious articles. Special order items: This refers to items you have ordered that are not on our website or in our catalogue - as well as items we do supply but, as a rule, do not stock because they are slower moving items.
